Every bar is crafted in small batches using ethically sourced cacao and simple, high-quality ingredients. Free from palm oil, soy, and gluten, our chocolate blends creativity, nostalgia, and exceptional flavor—made with care “west of the fjord.”

Cardamom Krumkake Cookie This bar takes us to our childhood kitchens and celebrates our Scandinavian roots. The traditional Krumkake—a thin, sweet cookie made on a hot iron then shaped around a cone—is broken into cookie crumbles and added to our dark milk chocolate.
